Dr. Todd J. Wiener
Dr. Wiener grew up in New York City and graduated from the State University of New York at Stony Brook with a B.S. in biology. He attended Tufts University School of Dentistry in Boston and graduated in 1973 with a D.M.D. degree. He then completed a dental residency program at Mount Sinai Hospital in Miami Beach, Florida. After practicing in New York for about a year he moved to Tampa. He has been married for 38 years to Doris, a biologist at the University of South Florida. He and Doris have two daughters living in St. Louis: Cheryl, age 31 and Jodi, age 27.
Dr. Wiener serves as advisor for the pre-dental society of the University of South Florida and is an adjunct professor at Hillsborough Community College. He is a past board member of the New Tampa Community Council, Fairway Village Homeowner’s Association, Congregation Kol Ami in Carrollwood, and has run the Taste of New Tampa benefiting local schools. He is a fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry and a member of the American, and Florida Dental Associations as well as the Hillsborough Dental Society. He has won awards from the New Tampa Rotary and the Pasco County School Board.
